Crunchy and delicious homemade kale chips that are easy to make with a few simple ingredients!
Rinse and dry kale. Cut off stems and tear kale into 2-3 inch pieces.
Toss kale with just enough olive oil to coat the leaves. Sprinkle with salt and/or other seasoning. Using your hands, massage the oil and seasoning into every leaf.
Place about half of the kale into the air basket fryer and cook it at 350℉ for about 5 minutes, shaking the basket after 2 minutes.
Repeat with second half of kale.
