You are adorable ! Thank you for your openness and being real with sharing your fear of the birthing process! I am 32 weeks with my 1st and my pregnancy has been fantastic and good in every way, so glad to know yours was smooth too! However, for whatever reasons (I know why: the OWIES!) I am pretty scared to give birth ! I am going to a water birth center and plan on a natural, med-free birth and am very VERY nervous. I will do great and will be so happy to meet our rainbow baby (gender surprise) but it is refreshing to hear another lady admit their fears of the labor part ! Thank you for sharing. +++

Ah! When I started reading this I thought you were talking about a precipitous birth! I had a precipitous birth with my third baby (90 minutes from start to baby) and I was SO TERRIFIED that it would happen again and I'd have my baby in the car!
Isn't it fascinating how labor can feel so out of control for so many reasons!? So glad your labor was positive!

(And I didn't have my baby in the car! http://thekriegers.org/2017/12/baby-annas-birth-story-part-three/)

Such fantastic info! I'm a little over 18 weeks pregnant and your personal experience sounds like my dream of a birth plan. This is pretty much all the info I've been scouring the interwebs for, all neatly wrapped into one blog post. So incredibly helpful. Thank you!

Oh man! So thankful for these types! I’m only 21, expecting my first and I want to do all natural. I’ve been out of shape since I graduated high school, but I hope these tips will help me in labor!
Thanks so much!

Omg this is so useful. I'm already nearly 39 weeks gone but I'm gonna get myself some dates anyway! I'm been very lazy during my pregnancy so that's not great... Eek. Maybe I'll try to get my ass out and go for swim today! Talk about too little too late! X
